MOHAMED M. AL QUBAISI

Founder of Manazel PJSC, Mr. Al Qubaisi is the visionary founder of Manazel PJSC, bringing over 25 years of extensive experience in investment and business management across both public and private sectors. Since 2006, he has been at the helm of Manazel PJSC, steering the company towards significant growth and success.
In addition to his role at Manazel, Mr. Al Qubaisi has served as a board member for several prominent organizations, including the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce, the Abu Dhabi Retirement Pensions & Benefits Fund, and the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange. His leadership extended to the role of Director General of the Abu Dhabi Department of Planning & Economy, where he played a crucial part in establishing the Khalifa Fund for SMEs and the Abu Dhabi Health Company (SEHA).
Under his guidance, Manazel PJSC has managed and delivered assets valued at over AED 8 billion, achieving the remarkable milestone of more than 10,000 units delivered since its inception. Mr. Al Qubaisi's expertise and commitment continue to shape the future of Manazel and the real estate landscape in Abu Dhabi.

H.E. Al Derei serves as the Vice Chairman of Manazel PJSC, bringing over 30 years of diverse business experience to the company’s leadership team. Previously, he served as the chairman of Al Qudra and Ervana companies, and as a board member of the Abu Dhabi Co-operative Society and Ras Al Khaimah Real Estate Company, significantly shaping their strategic direction. Additionally, he is the Chairman of the UAE Wrestling & Judo Federation.
ALI MOHAMMED AL AHBABI

Mr. Al Ahbabi is a businessman actively involved in various investment and development committees. He previously worked in the Crown Prince Office and served as chairman of JAHEZIYA Co. He is the Chairman of the UMEX Exhibition Committee and Vice Chairman of the IDEX Exhibition Committee, overseeing the development of government and private projects overseas. With over 28 years of experience in both the private and public sectors, he brings invaluable expertise to the board.

Mr. Al Marzooqi has been a main shareholder of Manazel PJSC since its establishment. He is a businessman with over 30 years of experience in commercial business and investment. He supervises various business projects inside and outside the UAE and is actively involved in numerous committees. His contributions to the business community are widely recognized, and his commitment to fostering sustainable growth and innovation continues to drive the success of his ventures.
KHALED ABDULLA AL KHOORI

Mr. Al Khoori brings over 30 years of experience in investment and corporate banking, establishing himself as a leader in the financial services industry. Throughout his career, he has held senior management positions with the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), managing investment portfolios for one of the world’s largest wealth funds. He also served as the CEO of Al Hilal Bank, successfully guiding the bank through a transformative phase that enhanced its operational efficiency and strategic focus. He holds a CPA from the USA.
