Previously he was a Board member in Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce, Abu Dhabi Retirement Pensions & Benefits Fund, Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange and Director General of Abu Dhabi Dep’t of Planning & Economy. He contributed in the establishment of Khalifa Fund (SMEs), the establishment of Abu Dhabi Health Company (SEHA). He is managing /delivered assets of value more than AED 8 Billion. With more than 10,000 units delivered since 2006.
H.E. Al Derei Serves as the Vice Chairman of Manazel PJSC, bringing over 30 years of diverse business experience to the company’s leadership team. With a proven track record in strategic management and corporate governance, H.E. Al Derei holds key leadership positions in several organizations. H.E. Al Derei also served as the chairman of Al Qudra and Ervana companies, a board member of the Abu Dhabi Co-operative Society and Ras Al Khaimah Real Estate Company, where he plays a significant role in shaping the strategic direction of these organizations. Also he is the Chairman of the UAE Wrestling & Judo Federation.
Mr. Al Ahbabi is a businessman and involved in different investments/ developments committees. He previously worked in the Crown Prince Office, chairman of JAHZIA Co., Chairman of the UMEX Exhibition Committee and Vice Chairman of the IDEX Exhibition Committee. Supervising the development of government and private projects overseas. He has been in the private and public sectors for more than 28 years.
Mr. Al Marzooqi one of the main shareholder of Manazel PJSC since establishment. He is a businessman with more than 30 years of experience in commercial business and investment field. He supervises business and projects inside and outside the UAE. Mr. Al Marzooqi is also an active participant in various committees, offering guidance and expertise in corporate governance, investment, and operational excellence. His contributions to the business community are widely recognized, and his commitment to fostering sustainable growth and innovation continues to drive the success of his ventures.
Mr. Al Khoori brings over 30 years of experience in investment and corporate banking, distinguishing himself as a leader in the financial services industry. Throughout his career, he has held senior management positions with Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), where he played a significant role in managing investment portfolios for one of the world’s largest wealth funds. He was the CEO of Al Hilal Bank, where he successfully navigated the bank through a transformative phase, enhancing its operational efficiency and strategic focus. He hold CPA from USA.
