Mamdouh Fathy has more than 27 years of experience in various management fields with more than 20 years of extensive experience in leading financial institutions in the region achieving enormous success. During these twenty years, Mamdouh carry out many administrative roles and supervise multiple financial management, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, operations, cash & tax management, reporting and corporate management, and had experience in auditing and financial consulting with the most reputable international firms (E&Y and PWC).
He has a prominent role in many areas such as development and real estate services, auditing and evaluation, financial and advisory services, and also asset management. Mamdouh holds a BA in Commerce from Ain Shams University. He is a fellow of the Egyptian Association of Accountants and Auditors, and also holds a fellowship from the Egyptian Tax Association and a fellowship from Egyptian Public Finance Association.
Ali Usman has over 17 years of diversified experience in industries like financial services, microfinance, credit risk management, financial consulting and real estate. He has spent over nine years within real estate industry of UAE and is working with Manazel PJSC since April 2018. Ali has experience in governance, enterprise risk management & control, financial reporting (IFRS), corporate finance, planning budgeting & control, internal audit, financial feasibilities and creating decision support function for various management levels. He is a qualified finance professional with world’s renowned qualifications of CMA & CFM and holds a top ranked MBA in finance from the University of Manchester, UK.
Key member with an excellent communication skills and academic qualifications , who has graduated in 2006 with diploma in construction technology from the higher colleges of technology & graduated with a degree in architecture engineering from Al Hosn University Abu Dhabi in 2015. Khalid’s role “Chief Operation Officer “ aims to maintain control of diverse business operations and to secure the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.
Where he is responsible to Manage the Internal Audit Department and report findings , to Assess and evaluate the internal controls including policies, procedures, authorizations, and risk management. Sherbini has over 17 years of Audit experience across various organizations.
Sherbini holds a Bachelor of Commerce, and he is Certified Public Accountant (CPA) California – USA ) , addition to other certifications as CIA, & CCSA
Ensuring the smooth running of all back-office functions, she supports the development and day to day operation of projects through budgeting and financial monitoring. Amal became Chief Business Support Officer after more than 17-years of experience in several major companies in the UAE including Dubai Holding and Al Futaim group as a handler of HR and marketing activities.
As a member of various entities throughout the UAE, Amal continues to drive success within the region. She started working with Manazel in 2007 as Head of Corporate Communications and has helped us drive our message to interested parties throughout the world. Currently, Amal is Chief Projects and Government Communications Officer overseeing governmental relationships and company projects.
Saeed has over 15-years of leadership experience holding the positions of Corporate Communications Manager, and Investors Relations Manager. As Manazel’s current general manager, he holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Portland State University.
Fawaz oversees all aspects of Manazel Group’s retail assets including, but not limited to, leasing and tenant relations, business planning, financial management, facilities, and operational management. He implements strategic growth plans through a dynamic retail portfolio that includes Capital Mall and Al Reef Retail. Fawaz joined Manazel in March 2012 as General Manager of MRE Facilities Management subsidiary. His experience includes over 10-years across the ADNOC Group of Companies, with responsibilities including contract negation and management, purchasing, and developing and implementing new business initiatives and projects.
Al Naemi holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering and has more than 32 years of experience in the Operations Management & Strategic Planning leading to the success of company’s various management processes.
