Yaqoob Al Doseri
Chief Executive Officer
Armed with 20 years of experience, 13 years banking locally and within the GCC, Al Doseri brings financial and investment opportunity to the MRE Board. This foundation will play a key role to expand Manazel offerings across the UAE and throughout the region. His positions span every realm of banking. Work in credit, operation, corporate, retail, and wealth management prepares Yaqoob Al Doseri. Yaqoob Al Doseri holds a bachelor of arts in business administration and is a certified international investment advisor. An addition, 5-years of experience in real estate investment and 11-years of experience in management makes him a strong leader in the industry.
Chief Financial Officer
Prasad joined Manazel Real Estate PJSC as Chief Financial Officer in July 2015. Previously, he was CFO for Sobha LLC, leading the company’s financial strategy, fund raising, treasury duties, and working for the strategic vision of the company. He has over 20-years of financial experience across various industries including construction, oil and gas, and manufacturing, in addition to real estate.
Previously, he has worked with KEF Holdings, subsequently acquired by Tyco /Pentair, as the Chief Financial Officer. A history with exists with a variety of organizations including the AMA Group of Bahrain, Reliance Industries Ltd of India, and Bahwan Engineering Group of Oman. Balaji holds a Bachelor Degree in Applied Sciences from the Coimbatore Institute of Technology, India. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) of the U.S.A. as well as a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) of India. He is trained in hedging and derivatives by Euromoney of London.
Waleid Gamal Eldien
Chief Investment & Commercial Officer
Gamal Eldien brings 20-years of significant financial service and real estate experience to the table. His senior positions fall throughout investment, banking, and real estate industries of the MENA region. In the past, he has executed transactions within the capital market and private equity investment space with involvement in debt restructures, private placements, merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions, and capital raisings. He holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Financial Engineering and Quantitative Analysis from Henley Business School-ICMA Centre from the University of Reading, United Kingdom.
Khalid Al Falasi
Chief Operation Officer
Key member with an excellent communication skills and academic qualifications , who has graduated in 2006 with diploma in construction technology from the higher colleges of technology & graduated with a degree in architecture engineering from Al Hosn University Abu Dhabi in 2015.
Khalid’s role “Chief Operation Officer “ aims to maintain control of diverse business operations and to secure the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.
Chief business support officer
Ensuring the smooth running of all back-office functions, she supports the development and day to day operation of projects through budgeting and financial monitoring. Amal became Chief Business Support Officer after more than 17-years of experience in several major companies in the UAE including Dubai Holding and Al Futaim group as a handler of HR and marketing activities.
Amal Hasan Abu Shallakh
Chief Projects & Government Communications Officer
As a member of various entities throughout the UAE, Amal continues to drive success within the region. She started working with Manazel in 2007 as Head of Corporate Communications and has helped us drive our message to interested parties throughout the world. Currently, Amal is Chief Projects and Government Communications Officer overseeing governmental relationships and company projects.
Asef Nabil Mustafa Al-Barghothi
Head of Performance Enhancement and Quality Assurance
Barghothi A seasoned banker, Asef has over 18 years of diversified wholesale banking experience spanning across distribution, sales, governance, projects, finance, contact center, HR, and operation. Asef is result oriented with a solid record driving growth through a variety of realms including business, cost reduction, process improvement, capacity planning, customer service, and complaint management. Before joining Manazel Real Estate, he worked with conventional Islamic financial service institutions and in governmental health and housing departments for more than 4 years. Asef has been an integral part of the MRE family since August 2016.
Mohamed Ali Elsherbini
Head of Internal Audit and QMS Management Representative
Where he is responsible to Manage the Internal Audit Department and report findings , to Assess and evaluate the internal controls including policies, procedures, authorizations, and risk management. Sherbini has over 17 years of Audit experience across various organizations.
Sherbini holds a Bachelor of Commerce, and he is Certified Public Accountant (CPA) California – USA ) , addition to other certifications as CIA, & CCSA
Saeed Abdul Hameed Al Khazraji
GM of Manazel Specialties
Saeed has over 15-years of leadership experience holding the positions of Corporate Communications Manager, and Investors Relations Manager. As Manazel’s current general manager, he holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Portland State University.
Fawaz Al Ameri
General Manager of Manazel Malls
Fawaz oversees all aspects of Manazel Real Estate’s retail assets including, but not limited to, leasing and tenant relations, business planning, financial management, facilities, and operational management. He implements strategic growth plans through a dynamic retail portfolio that includes Capital Mall and Al Reef Retail. Fawaz joined Manazel in March 2012 as General Manager of MRE Facilities Management subsidiary. His experience includes over 10-years across the ADNOC Group of Companies, with responsibilities including contract negation and management, purchasing, and developing and implementing new business initiatives and projects.
Waad Al Naemi

Al Naemi holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering and has more than 32 years of experience in the Operations Management & Strategic Planning leading to the success of company’s various management processes.
